DESCRIPTION
Here is a Cabernet Sauvignon with tannins so soft, they could be the drapes at Kensington Palace. The bouquet is a sensorial experience of spice, blueberry, blackcurrant, sweet mint and Earl Grey tea. The palate is fresh and grounded, thanks to the earthy sweetness of red bell pepper, liquorice, violets and rhubarb. The finish is layered and complex, with a hint of sweetness brought on by the blackcurrant. Mix this wine up with grilled meats and grilled vegetables, blue cheese or a mushroom pasta.
