The "Signature" cuvée represents the excellence of Alain Geoffroy's know-how. It comes from a rigorous plot selection of the estate's best terroirs, with 30-year-old vines benefiting from an ideal South-East exposure. On this Kimmeridgian soil rich in oyster fossils, the Chardonnay expresses all its nobility.
The 2020 vintage, today at its peak, unveils the quintessence of the "Geoffroy" style. The vinification is precise: gentle pneumatic pressing and static settling to keep only the best of the juice. Aging for 8 to 10 months in stainless steel tanks allows for the preservation of a dazzling freshness and aromatic purity without the influence of wood.
This Chablis distinguishes itself by its luminous white gold color. The nose is of great finesse, blending citrus and white fruits. On the palate, it is a straight, taut, and authentic wine. The balance is masterful, marked by a beautiful minerality and a long and aromatic iodized finish. A great gastronomic wine.

France
Burgundy, located in eastern France, is one of the world's most emblematic wine-growing regions, renowned for its elegant, fine and complex wines. Its semi-continental climate, marked by contrasting seasons, and its mineral-rich clay-limestone soils provide an exceptional terroir for its two king grape varieties: Pinot Noir for reds, and Chardonnay for whites. Alongside them, more discreet varieties such as Gamay and Aligoté complete the vineyard's diversity.
The vineyard stretches from the Chablisien in the north, known for its taut, mineral whites, to the Mâconnais in the south, offering accessible, gourmet cuvées. In between, the Côte de Nuits is the realm of great reds, while the Côte de Beaune excels in both reds and whites. The Côtes Chalonnaises complete the picture with wines offering excellent value for money.
