Tasted this blind and was shocked to learn it’s from the Yarra Valley—it’s so refined and mineral-driven. Light lemon curd, white peach, and this great clean finish. No heavy oak, just pure and focused. Absolutely delicious.

Honestly, this tastes like a Chardonnay twice its price. The acidity is spot on, and there’s this lovely saline, almost flinty finish. I’m stocking up—definitely good value for money and an easy crowd-pleaser.
