DESCRIPTION
This is not your average Shiraz. The bouquet is a walk in the countryside filled with mulberry and lavender and a stroll through the spice market, with whiffs of cinnamon and white pepper. The palate is a symphony of plums and cherries, with notes of liquorice and wet forest soil. Finally, the tannins are like a soft brush of velvet on the tongue, contributing to the length of the wine. This Shiraz is the perfect dinner date for a pizza, lasagna or a garlic roasted chicken.
