An absolute standout Australian Riesling. Pewsey Vale's 2021 is intense and mineral, with a mouth-watering salinity. Both floral and citrus aromas dance in the glass - dried herbs, white flowers, lemons, lime and pineapple. The palate is long and refreshing, evoking grapefruit and rosemary.
