DESCRIPTION

Steeped in a rich and long tradition of winemaking since 1703, the Colla family presents Bussia Dardi Le Rose. Made 100% from Nebbiolo grapes, this red wine is harvested manually in the historically recognized sub-region of Dardi Le Rose, famous for yielding the best crus of Barolo. With its intense garnet red color, the nose offers an elegant yet subtle bouquet of violet and rose, red berries amid hints of tobacco. It is rich and full-bodied on the palate with soft tannins. Pairs perfectly with red meat, game as well as rich fish dishes and cheese.

REGION

Piedmont

Italy

Piedmont is one of the most prestigious wine regions in Italy, especially for its red wines from Nebbiolo and Barbera. Nebbiolo, the signature grape of Piedmont, is behind the greatest wines of the region, including the essential Barolo and Barbaresco.

Both made from 100% Nebbiolo, these wines differ in style. Barolo, powerful and structured, offers a broad, deep palate built for ageing. Barbaresco, more approachable when young, charms with its finesse and brightness. Two faces of the same grape, revealed by exceptional terroirs.
