The wines of Villa Vescovile are the fruit of the great wine tradition of South Tyrol, containing all the history and culture of this region. The grapes are grown in prestigious vineyards just north of Trento, which are planted according to the pergola system on terraced soils. The nose reveals aromas of fresh fruit and floral notes that lead to a dry, fresh and pleasantly aromatic palate. This wine is the ideal companion for fish and pasta dishes.

Trentino is small but mighty: it has 6 DOCs and is also home to many foreign grapes, such as Chardonnay and Riesling. Hillside vineyards in the region produce an aromatic, high acid style, while those in the valley tend to be medium bodied, with ripe, juicy fruit flavours. Well known for Teroldego, a high acid, full bodied wine, Trentino is also famous for its Pinot Grigio and Pinot Bianco.
