It features 15% alcohol, a pH of 3.62, and 5.95 g/L of total acidity. Aging potential of 10 years.

On the nose, raspberry, black cherry, plum, and spices. On the palate, a supple, velvety, and warming texture, with silky tannins and a long, harmonious finish. Ideal pairing with lamb with herbs or roasted Bresse poultry.
