Located between mountains and ocean, Bot River is one of the fresh gems of the South African vineyard. It is here, at Beaumont Family Wines, that Sébastien Beaumont crafts this vibrant and indulgent Chenin Blanc.
From vines grown on shale soils, Beaumont Chenin Blanc 2023 is unoaked to preserve the full purity of the fruit. Fermented in concrete and stainless-steel tanks with a subtle mix of indigenous and selected yeasts, it is then aged on fine lees, gaining texture and complexity.
In the glass, this dry white wine charms with its dazzling freshness and aromas of green apple, quince, and ripe lemon, lifted by a saline touch typical of Bot River. An elegant, precise white, perfect as an aperitif or with seafood, grilled fish, or fresh cheeses.
