Sharing a common vision of respectful and sustainable viticulture, they joined their expertise to bring this unique cuvée to life. Temporelle is an invitation to curiosity: the ambition behind this first organic creation was to explore the impact of organic farming on champagne and to reveal the unique nuances of Trigny's terroir. The result? A cuvée of incredible purity, which captivates with its mineral drive, straightness, and vibrant energy.

Champagne is not only the wine of grand celebrations, it is also a unique region in the world, located in the northeast of France. With its limestone hillsides and a cooler climate than any other French wine region, it gives rise to wines of unmatched finesse.
The three emblematic grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay) flourish here despite the harsh climate, thanks to chalky soils that retain both warmth and minerality. I think we have a beautiful expression here of the slightly vinous, brioche-like side of these wines, and I find the best example of that in Temporelle. It’s a blend of the three main grape varieties and is very well made. Would pair well with scallops, perhaps with a citrus reduction sauce.
