This wine is a master class in winemaking. The bouquet is juicy and fruity, with notes of pineapple, lychee, and white peach. After these elements have settled in, hints of vanilla, pear blossom and acacia flowers waft into the mix. On the palate, this Condrieu is rich, unctuous and invigorating. The perfect match for scallops, a creamy vegetable risotto, cod in a creamy, butter sauce, and a prawn curry.
