Temporelle, c’est avant tout une histoire de collaboration et d’engagement. Cette cuvée pionnière est née de l’alliance entre Maxime et Claire Blin et Benjamin, un vigneron passionné basé à Trigny, certifié en agriculture biologique depuis 2019. Partageant une vision commune d’une viticulture respectueuse et durable, ils ont uni leurs savoir-faire pour donner vie à cette cuvée singulière. Temporelle est une invitation à la curiosité : l’ambition derrière cette première biologique était d’explorer l’impact de l’agriculture bio sur le champagne et de révéler les nuances uniques du terroir de Trigny. Le résultat ? Une cuvée d’une pureté incroyable, qui séduit par sa minéralité, sa droiture et sa tonicité éclatante.

Champagne is not only the wine of grand celebrations, it is also a unique region in the world, located in the northeast of France. With its limestone hillsides and a cooler climate than any other French wine region, it gives rise to wines of unmatched finesse.
The three emblematic grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay) flourish here despite the harsh climate, thanks to chalky soils that retain both warmth and minerality. Artfully blended, they create the most famous of sparkling wines: Champagne AOC, a symbol of elegance and craftsmanship.

I think we have a beautiful expression here of the slightly vinous, brioche-like side of these wines, and I find the best example of that in Temporelle. It’s a blend of the three main grape varieties and is very well made. Would pair well with scallops, perhaps with a citrus reduction sauce.
