DESCRIPTION

The Domaine de la Roche Noire is located at the top of the Chénas hills. The vines of this domain are cultivated in non-chemical way to preserve the environment. Bright purple in color, this wine has fine, elegant aromas of brandied cherries with some spicy notes to follow. The palate is pleasant and fresh, with lots of fruit, tannin and a delicate licorice finish. It is best enjoyed alongside cooked meats with sauce, game or mature cheeses.

Le 2018 est un millésime qui offre déjà un bon équilibre entre fruit et maturité, mais ce vin peut se conserver encore quelques années (5 à 10 ans) pour gagner en complexité.
