Glenelly Glass Collection Chardonnay 2023 is a Chardonnay from Stellenbosch, sourced from an organically farmed estate. Vinified in stainless steel tanks, on the lees, and without malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness and precision, it features 13% alcohol and 1.41 g/L of residual sugar.
On the nose, a subtle harmony of citrus, wild flowers, and toasted nuts. On the palate, it reveals a crisp entry, a silky texture, and a mineral finish. Ideal with fresh Mediterranean cuisine or grilled white fish with lemon butter.
