The Mount Horrocks Riverside vineyard is the absolute perfect location for growing Riesling; south-facing, high altitude and cool. The bouquet is floral and citrusy, displaying notes of spring blossom, lime leaf and vanilla baking spice. The palate is abundant with fruit flavours; crisp green apple, vibrant lemon and lime zest that will only expand with age. An ethereal elegance and delicate minerality finish on the tongue, making this an impressively delicious vintage. Think poultry here and seafood.
