DESCRIPTION
At Paso a Paso, the winemakers strive to reveal the full typicity of the region's traditional grape varieties. Their Criolla Blanca is the purest expression of this. Made from a blend of Criolla Grande, Moscatel Rosado and Torrontés, this wine offers a fresh and aromatic nose, with notes of citrus and white flowers. The palate is lively and balanced, with good length. A wine of character, perfect to accompany your fish dishes and summer salads.

REGION
Mendoza
Argentina

Mendoza is the largest wine-producing region in Argentina. Located on a high plateau on the edge of the Andes, the province is responsible for approximately 70% of the country's annual wine production. The French grape variety Malbec has its New World home in the vineyards of Mendoza, producing red wines of great concentration and intensity. While Malbec is undoubtedly the star of the region, there are also numerous plantings of Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Syrah, Torrontes and Sauvignon Blanc.
