DESCRIPTION
The vineyard produces only one large cask a year of this wonderful wine from fourty-year-old vines. Notes of wild berries contrast the complex, savoury nose, while the palate is a layered delight of red fruit, fresh acidity, oak and a sprinkle of white pepper. The spiciness and herbal bouquet of this wine make it the perfect bottle to serve alongside chicken cacciatore or any dish with porcini mushrooms. A classic Pinot Noir, but with a Piedmont twist.
