Australia
The Gippsland region is located in the southern part of Australia, to the east of the Melbourne suburbs in the state of Victoria. The total vineyard area covers 187ha and harvests mostly Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Shiraz. This region has a number of microclimates, which contribute to the elegance and structure of the various styles of grape cultivated in the area. The white wines are particularly aromatic. Meanwhile, the south of Gippsland Pinot Noir is known throughout Australia as being one of the best on the market. While its attack is fine, there is a length and intensity to it.
Light in body, deep in complexity. It’s a refined expression that Burgundy lovers will appreciate—at a much friendlier price.
This Gippsland Pinot Noir is all about elegance and earthy depth. Wild berries, forest floor, and subtle spice make it a cerebral yet drinkable red.
It has some nice fruity flavours like black cherries and plums, with a bit of earthiness and spice. It's smooth, not too heavy. Loved it!!!
Jana - Local Nose
A Pinot Noir just how I like it: fine, vibrant, and deeply sincere. From the nose, you’re struck by the freshness of red berries, crisp cherry, and a delicate touch of undergrowth. On the palate, it’s all finesse: the texture is silky, the acidity well integrated, and the whole wine breathes elegance. There is great energy in this wine.
