DESCRIPTION

The Beaune 1er Cru ‘Les Aigrots’ reveals the magic and beauty of a powerful wine. This wine is aged for 15 months and a month before it is bottled, its different barrels are blended and then stored. This red wine is particular, in that it is not fined, which means it was not clarified in order to let the wine express itself more naturally. It is also only slightly filtered, so as to preserve its enriching elements. This wine is elegance personified : it is full-bodied, generous, and provides a beautiful, long finish. The bouquet is filled with notes of spices and mouth-watering black fruit. This wine is the perfect match for a ribeye, pasta with porcini mushrooms, an osso buco or a mushroom risotto.
