DESCRIPTION
This bright ruby-red wine is Tar & Roses' first foray into Pinot Noir production; well-suited to the region, the grapes were hand-picked then matured in French oak barrels. With a juicy palate of raspberries, cherries and strawberries, and a perfumed nose of morello cherry, wild strawberries and cream and a hint of cinnamon, this is the perfect Pinot Noir to accompany duck breast with a cherry red wine sauce. Silky, refreshing and mouth-filling.
