This white wine is a classic Entre-Deux-Mers-style blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon (exact proportions unspecified, but typical of the appellation). Vinification and aging take place in stainless steel tanks for 6 months to preserve the most delicate varietal aromas and natural liveliness.
