DESCRIPTION
Creation of Andrea Mufatto and Gerardo Michelini, Motorpsico 2022 reveals the authenticity of Spanish Bierzo. This original blend (Mencía, Alicante Bouschet, Palomino) from centenary organic vines expresses the unique personality of this northwestern Iberian terroir.
On the nose, it charms with aromas of cherry and blackberry, accompanied by subtle floral notes. The palate unveils elegant structure, fine tannins and subtle minerality, energized by noble acidity.
Aged 12 months in French barrels and stainless steel, it combines freshness and character. A wine of character to serve with beef tartare or avocado and chorizo tostadas. Its aging potential of 5 to 8 years promises harmonious evolution.
