Pewsey Vale Single Vineyard Estate Riesling 2024 is a dry, refined Riesling from old vines on the coolest slope of the Pewsey Vale vineyard in the Eden Valley, at around 490m altitude. Manually harvested, fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, preserving fruit purity and aromatic precision. It shows 11.5% alcohol, 6.87 g/L total acidity and 1.2 g/L residual sugar.
The nose is intense and precise, marked by aromas of white flowers, fresh lime and a subtle note of dried herbs. On the palate, long and expressive, dominated by citrus. The finish is distinguished by a fine, perfectly integrated natural acidity, bringing a lovely freshness and elegant minerality. Ideal with fresh seafood or fish.
