Parker Coonawarra Estate 95 Block 2020 comes entirely from the Abbey vineyard at the Parker winery, specifically from the 95 Block plot. Planted with rare Reynell Cabernet Sauvignon selections and enhanced with a subtle touch of Petit Verdot, these vines illustrate the historic heritage of Coonawarra. Shaped by the exceptional 2020 vintage, it embodies the ultimate winemaking excellence of Parker Estate. Aged for 19 months in French oak barrels (50% new). It features 14% ABV, pH 3.51, and 6.0 g/L total acidity. Aging potential of 15 years and more.
On the nose, a beautiful expression of wild dark fruits and herbal tea, with floral nuances. On the palate, soft tannins, a bright acidity, an elegant complexity, and an impressive length. Pairs well with a ribeye steak with pepper sauce or a rabbit with mustard.
