Beaumont Raoul's Red Blend 2022 is a red blend dominated by Syrah, completed with Pinotage, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Grenache, sourced from the shale soils of Bot River. Aged for 16 months in French oak barrels and concrete tanks, it has 13% alcohol and 3.2 g/L of residual sugar. This wine pays tribute to the vision of Raoul Beaumont.
On the nose, ripe red and black fruits are accompanied by delicate floral notes and subtle spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied and velvety, with a silky texture and fine tannins. The finish is long and elegant. Perfect with a roasted duck breast or a grilled ribeye steak.
