DESCRIPTION
Coming from the Domaine Château d'Estoublon an estate nestled in the heart of Provence, leaning against the southern slope of the limestone-rich Alpilles, this rosé wine comes from organic farming and is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Marsanne and Roussanne. Raised in natural concrete, stainless steel and natural concrete egg vats, at a temperature between 15-18 degrees Celsius, there is no malolactic fermentation. This is reflected on the nose and palate with aromas of fresh, tangy fruits and mineral notes of grapefruit and apricots. To be enjoyed with a sea bream carpaccio or a dish based on Mediterranean vegetables.

REGION
Provence
France

Provence, located in the far southeast of France, is an iconic wine region bathed in Mediterranean sunshine. Its hot, dry, and bright climate, combined with a wide variety of soils (schist, limestone, clay), makes it an ideal terroir for crafting expressive and well-balanced wines.
The undisputed star of the region is rosé, which reigns supreme: fresh, fruity, and delicate, it perfectly embodies the Provençal art of living. The Côtes de Provence appellation—the largest and most renowned in the region—spans a vast area from the Alpine foothills to the Var coastline. It is synonymous with elegant rosés featuring notes of citrus, white flowers, and red berries, highly appreciated for their freshness and finesse.
Provence also produces rich reds and subtle whites, still relatively unknown, but well worth the attention of curious wine lovers.
