DESCRIPTION

Issued from the young vines of the estate, planted on clay-limestone soil, this great classic delivers the particular charm of southern white wines, with concentration and freshness. Beautiful wine! I wasn't expecting such depth from a Côtes du Rhône blanc, but this one has lovely texture, floral aromatics, and a mineral finish that keeps you coming back for another sip. Great with roast chicken or seafood. Absolutely worth the price.

I love that it's biodynamic and still so polished. It’s got brightness, subtle fruit, and a lovely roundness without being heavy. Worked perfectly with grilled scallops. Will definitely be ordering more.
