L'Esprit de Maucoil is made from a high quality selection and is only produced in exceptional years. This wine is produced from the oldest vines of the estate, planted with the 13 grape varieties of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Its nose is deep, with notes of kirsch and strawberry jam, underlined by fine toasted notes that accentuate its complexity. On the palate, its polished tannins and remarkable freshness elegantly support its black fruit and garrigue aromas. It is to be enjoyed on special occasions and offered without moderation to connoisseurs who will savor all its greatness.
