The Nido del Tigre Alcaparrosa Ancellotta is a red wine that defies convention: it ferments without its skins, with only two days of cold maceration for Ancellotta skins before following a delicate fermentation protocol, similar to that of white wines. This unique approach highlights the terroir's exceptional minerality, rich in alcaparrosa—a deep red-hued mineral emblematic of the pre-Andean soils of Villa Corral. At 1,500 meters altitude, this vineyard, blessed with 300 days of sun, produces a wine of rare elegance, naturally vibrant and unfiltered, capturing the true essence of its origins.
