Here's a carbonic maceration like no other. Imagine whole bunch Nero d'Avola grapes submerged by direct pressed Cabernet Sauvignon juice. Sounds interesting, right? The bouquet is an aromatic journey of sweet blueberries and candied wild strawberries, with just a smidge of mint. The palate is rich and juicy, with just enough tannins to keep the whole thing right and tight. This wine is the perfect match for spicy foods or a vegetable tagine.

Shiraz leads the region's list of award-winning wines, making McLaren Vale a favorite location to grow this grape.
