A Top 100 Wine of the World in 2022, the bouquet is a classic Heystesbury blend of elegant flint, citrus zest, savouriness and a hint of stone, with an unusual palate of coastal herb, green tea, candle wax and soft cheese. Pure and polished, the tight line of acidity runs right through to the pithy finish - a very special vintage indeed. Ideally paired with seafood, fish and salads.
