The Fog’ 2021 delivers classic Nebbiolo traits—rose petals, sour cherry, tar, and dried herbs—with an Aussie accent. Firm tannins and bright acidity give it grip and longevity, while the fruit remains pure and finely tuned.

Deep ruby color, soft tannins, and a lovely hint of spice. I picked up dried cherry, tobacco, and some smoky tar—true to the name. Paired it with mushroom risotto and it worked beautifully. Great value for money for such a well-structured Nebbiolo.
